Donald F. Scholl, Jr.

Mr. Scholl completed a judicial clerkship in the Superior Court, Hunterdon County, subsequently working several years with the then second largest general practice law firm in Hunterdon County, before joining a nationally know Morris County law firm. After returning to Flemington to practice, Mr. Scholl was elected to public office, serving as a Council member, Deputy Mayor, and Mayor in Delaware Township, Hunterdon County, New Jersey.


Mr. Scholl
is a past President of the Hunterdon County Bar Association and has held positions as a Trustee in various community organizations, including the Hunterdon County Historical Society and Women’s Crisis Services (Safe in Hunterdon) as well as serving on the Business Development Board of Yardville National Bank. Mr. Scholl was engaged and handled numerous construction loans, property development loans for builders and other commercial transactions for the Bank prior to its acquisition by PNC Bank. Mr. Scholl practices in the areas of zoning and land use, business and commercial law, commercial tenancy matters, and civil and chancery litigation.

  • Susquehanna University, Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. BA in Political Science, minor in Sociology. Inducted as a member of the National Political Science Honor Society, Pi Sigma Alpha, and the National Honor Society for Social Sciences, Pi Gamma Mu.


  • University of Toledo College of Law, Toledo, Ohio. Selected as the outstanding oral advocate of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, central region, in 1984. Chosen as a member of the law college’s Moot Court Board and elected a member of the Order of Barristers. Elected as a member of the student governing body for the University of Toledo, serving as a Senator, representing the College of Law.

Representative on the Delaware Township Municipal Authority. Committee Liaison to the Joint Municipal Court – Delaware, East Amwell, and Franklin Townships.
